Frequently Asked Questions

HOW DO I GET MY PHOTOS?

All of your photos will be delivered via an online secure gallery which is password protected for you as my client. You can share the gallery with family and friends if you wish to.

What about travel costs?

Travel is included within 10 miles of Westcliff-on-Sea, Essex. Travel is charged at 45p per mile thereafter.

HOW DO I BOOK  YOU?

You can send me a message through the contact form on this website, via email or Instagram message. A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session. Balance is due on or before shoot date.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if i need to cancel?

If you need to cancel, your deposit is non-refundable and cannot be returned. If you reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice, there’s no additional charge. If you cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice, you’ll only forfeit the deposit. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will require 50% of the remaining balance to be paid.

Can I request specific poses or shots?

Of course! You’re always welcome to request specific poses or shots, as long as you’re comfortable. I’m happy to work with your ideas while also guiding you so everything feels relaxed, natural, and true to you.

Can we meet before the session?

Absolutely! Before your session, we’ll have a good chat about what you’d love to get out of it - the overall vibe, a bit about you (and anyone else being photographed), and what matters most to you. This helps me really understand your story so I can capture images that feel true to who you are, not just how you look.

Do you edit all photos?

Yes - all images are lightly and professionally edited. You’ll receive every final image in both colour and black & white, with edits that enhance the photo while keeping it true to you and your story.

I'm not sure which package would be best, can you help?

Absolutely! If you’re unsure which package is right for you, we can chat about what you’re looking for, the type of session you have in mind, and what you’d love to get out of it. I’m always happy to help you choose the option that best suits your needs - no pressure at all.

What do I need to wear?

Wear whatever feels comfortable and like you. What you wear can depend on the type of shoot we’re doing, and we’ll chat about this beforehand. I’m always happy to offer ideas or guidance - for example, for family sessions, neutral tones or similar colours work beautifully to complement each other without being too matchy.
